Cancellation Policy

Terms and Conditions: *$100 non-refundable deposit required to secure your party date. The remaining balance is due in full the week prior to the party.  A Party Waiver must be completed and submitted with the deposit. Additional charges may be applied for any equipment/room damages or any damages to the facility. Additional charges may be applied for excessive party cleanup. Glitter and balloon shine spray are STRICTLY PROHIBITED. Personal checks not accepted as a form of payment. In the unfortunate event that you wish to cancel your booked party, any deposit placed can be applied to another date up to 3 months of your original scheduled date. * Taxes and card fees will be applied to the deposit at the time of booking. The party balance will also include taxes and card fees.
